23 Fitness Nutrition EASY OATS is manufactured in the European Union and contains high quality oat flour. It is ideal for a low calorific breakfast providing a high vegetable fiber source, with an incredible taste and aroma without added sugar.

INGREDIENTS
Oat flour, dextrose, glucose syrup solids, flavoring preparations, natural identical flavoring substances, colorings (sulphite ammonia caramel, beta-carotene, riboflavin), salt, acesulfame potassium, saccharin sodium, steviol glycosides (stevia).
 
RECOMMENDED USE 
Put one scoop (30g) EASY OATS into a bowl (suitable for microwave oven) and add 3-4 scoops of milk or water (150-200ml). Place in microwave oven for 1 minute.
 
OTHER SUGGESTIONS
Mix with protein in a shake at breakfast, mix with egg white to make pancakes or add your favorite EASY OATS to any homemade recipe.
