RECCOMENDED USE 
Cream preparation with 36.6g carbohydrates and 24g protein per serving:
Put 3 scoops (66g) into a bowl and add stepwise 80-90ml of cold or hot water while stirring with a spoon until the cream is formed. According to your cream’s texture preference you can adjust the water quantity.
 
Preparation instructions for protein bars: 
Mix into a bowl 150g Duo Cream Carbo Protein, 150g oats and 100g mixed nuts and dried fruits, chocolate pieces or any other material you prefer. Add 110g water and mix until the mixture is homogenized. Create your protein bars in any shape you prefer and place in the fridge.
